OBJECTIVES:: To explore the relationship between severity of pelvic organ prolapse (POP), symptoms of pelvic dysfunction and quality of life using validated measures. METHOD:: Baseline data from 314 participants in the Colpopexy And Urinary Reduction Efforts (CARE) trial were analyzed.
